Responsibilities
- Handle daily business operations to ensure the assigned markets are running smoothly
- Frequently coordinate with IT team to run projects and fix operation issues
- Develop new potential markets by dealing with global aggregators/telecoms on mobile-payment
- Negotiate a favorable rates with existing and potential business partners
- Conduct research on global telecoms & aggregators
- Liaise with Marketing team to analyze customer behaviors on products and provide recommendations to maximize profitability

Requirements

- Strong experience in NodeJS
- Hands on experience in frontend development: JavaScript, jQuery, CSS3 etc.
- Specially experience in Vue JS and React JS are advantages
- Good knowledge with backend development in PHP is advantage
- Solid understanding of AWS is a BIG plus

- Monitor programmers including quality assurance activities such as code review, compliance check to project standards

- To lead and manage a team of developers on a large project with many microservices.
- Review & manage all phases of the project including requirements gathering, design, development, test, and deployment
- Work closely with Clients / Business users to communicate requirements, timelines, change requests, and provide project risk analysis

- Degree or above in Computer Sciences, IT or related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in IT application development and 2+ years of experience in IT Project Management
- Knowledge in NodeJS, VueJS, ReactJS, DevOps, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, Docker, GoLang.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, be able to work under tight schedule
- Strong sense of teamwork, able to coach, motivate and develop others
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
